My fellow Oregonians...

I know that the sun is shining and, compared to the recent past, 61 degrees feels oh so warm and good. I agree with you! But please, I ask you to remember the fact that it has been a long winter, and your skin has spent much of that time covered up. The bare legs and arms, I can handle. But, for safety's sake, please keep your bikini tops in your dresser drawer and boys, please keep your shirts on. You're making it awfully difficult to drive down a busy street and see all traffic signals.

Construction workers, this goes double for you, there are too many of you and the blinding wall of white that confronted me across from Safeway was overwhelming. Thank you.

But how are those construction workers going to get some colour if they keep their shirts on Meg?
